The techniques that I am drawn to are enameling, anti-clasting, mokume, etching & pierce work. With these techniques I incorporate my daily influences of animals, urban landscapes, architectural patterns and historical garments. I try to make every piece wearable while still using voluminous structural elements.
Born in February of 1980 Amber has always had an urge to create. Taking on many mediums from finger painting to photography, with a fondness for baubles and shiny things she was naturally drawn to jewellery as a career. A graduate of the Jewellery Arts program at George Brown College, Amber excelled at drawing and classic gold-smithing fabrication. She has been jury selected in numerous shows across Canada winning awards for her design excellence in innovation and production.
